Our Bank legally operates in Greece under the provisions of article 34 of Law 4261/2014 (EU Directive 2013/36), mutually supervised by the Bank of Greece (under the regulatory framework of a Branch of a Foreign Credit Institution established in the European Union) and the National Bank of Bulgaria. Our Bank operates under the provisions of the Consumer Protection local legal framework especially under: Law 2251/1994, the Common Ministerial Decision Z1-699/2010 (EU Directive 2008/48) and Bank of Greece Act 2501/2002 regarding the transparency on the provision of the Bank’s products and services.
Customer Complaints
Our Bank places extreme value on the customer’s opinion in order to provide better services and products, thus it has implemented a customer’s complaints policy, in compliance to Bank of Greece’s Act 157/2019, and co-operates with Alternative Dispute Resolution Mechanisms for consumers, whenever this is required.
