What You’ll do:

- Preluarea cererilor de creditare si contactarea telefonica a potentialilor clienti, cu scopul de a promova si vinde produsele financiare ale companiei;
- Identificarea nevoilor clientilor, negocierea si tratarea obiectiilor in vederea semnarii contractelor;
- Intocmirea documentatiei de creditare;
- Abordarea clientilor cu profesionalism, in acord cu standardele de calitate ale companiei;
- Atingerea si depasirea obiectivelor de vanzari dar si a asteptarilor clientilor, respectand in acelasi timp politicile si procedurile companiei;
- Indeplinirea obiectivelor lunare si anuale.
What you’ll need to succeed:
- Studii superioare finalizate sau in curs (reprezinta un avantaj);
- Experiență în vanzari sau in domeniul financiar bancar (reprezinta un avantaj);
- Cunoștințe operare PC (MS Office, Windows) – nivel mediu;
- Abilitati foarte bune de comunicare;
- Gestionarea corecta a situatiilor printr-o atitudine cooperanta si o gandire pozitiva;
- Flexibilitate și adaptabilitate.
