In centrul atentiei noastre va ramane intotdeauna clientul, comunitatea TBIPay fiind de asemenea extrem de importanta pentru noi. Cea mai grea misiune a noastra, pe care ne concentram toate eforturile, este aceea de a reusi sa ajungem la client, iar apoi de a-i comunica eficient ofertele noastre si de a i le prezenta in cel mai interesant mod cu putinta. Unde il gasim, cum il abordam, cum ii stimulam apetitul de cumparare, cum il ajutam sa ia o decizie, sunt doar cateva intrebari pe care toti comerciantii si le pun.
La TBIPay am vrut sa facem pasi inainte pentru a incerca sa raspundem la cat mai multe dintre aceste intrebari. Astfel, am organizat un prim webinar, unde ne-am intalnit cu partenerii nostri si in cadrul caruia am avut ocazia sa ascultam, sa impartasim opinii si mai ales sa invatam lucruri noi de la specialisti in materie de comunicare pe social-media. In plus, am vazut care este calatoria unui client in fluxul online. 6 strategii de crestere a loialitatii clientilor

4. Implementati un program de fidelizare
O alta strategie de marketing este dezvoltarea unui program de fidelizare a clientilor prin care puteti recunoaste si recompensa clientii care cumpara si interactioneaza cu business-ul dvs. in mod recurent. De obicei, o companie va recompensa clientii cu puncte de loialitate, reduceri, cadouri sau va oferi tot felul de avantaje. Programele de fidelizare sunt concepute pentru a incuraja clientii sa cumpere mai mult.
Oferind aceste beneficii, comerciantii construiesc si reusesc sa dezvolte relatiile cu clientii, iar pe clienti acest lucru ii va determina sa nu se indrepte spre concurenta.
Sfaturi pentru crearea programului de fidelizare:
Creati un flux cat mai simplu si usor de accesat pentru ca toti clientii sa castige si sa valorifice punctele
Incurajati recomandarile
Oferiti recompense unicat
Fiti creativi in modul de acordare a punctelor (de exemplu, puteti oferi puncte gratis pentru zile de nastere si aniversari)
5. Trimiteti mesaje text
Mesageria text (SMS, WhatsApp) este una dintre cele mai directe modalitati in care comerciantii pot comunica cu clientii. 90% din mesajele text sunt citite in 3 minute de la trimitere, o diferenta uriasa in comparatie cu 20%, care reprezinta procentul de citire si deschidere e-mailuri. Mai mult, mesajele text sunt privite ca o forma de comunicare mult mai personala decat alte canale, cum ar fi e-mailul.
Daca doriti sa va fidelizati clientii, incorporarea mesajelor text in strategia de marketing este un inceput bun.
Subiecte pentru mesaje text:
Informari despre noile produse si servicii
Oferte si promotii
Determinati clientii sa puna intrebari
Sondaje de opinie pentru a obtine feedback relevant
Orice altceva considerati ca poate fi trimis ca mesaj text si nu in cadrul unui apel telefonic sau e-mail
6. Construiti o comunitate
Una dintre cele mai puternice modalitati de a creste satisfactia clientilor este construirea unei comunitati online. Acest lucru va transforma, in timp, site-ul sau pagina de social media si implicit business-ul dvs. intr-o destinatie sociala, in loc sa ramana doar un loc unde oamenii merg sa cumpere un produs si sa plece. Cheia pentru reusita construirii unei comunitati puternice este sa ne aminitim ca oamenii nu se conecteaza cu companii, ci cu alte persoane. Astfel, cu ajutorul acestei comunitati, va incurajati clientii sa interactioneze cu membrii companiei dvs. si intre ei. De exemplu, o clinica de infrumusetare ar putea avea pe site un forum prin care sa-si incurajeze clientii sa impartaseasca sfaturi de make-up si frumusete.
Ce trebuie sa faceti pentru a construi o comunitate puternica:
Oferiti continut valoros, cum ar fi postari de videoclipuri, pentru a stimula discutiile
Oferiti beneficii pentru cei mai activi participanti
Puneti accent pe faptul ca sunteti o comunitate distractiva (astfel oamenii vor dori sa revina)
