Knowing that the situation is very dynamic and sensitive, we are also aware of the huge responsibility we carry for you, our customers. So, for now, our branches will continue working as usual, within their typical working hours. You will still be able to rely on our support in times of need and potential economic challenges. Of course, with both Bulgaria and Romania, оur main markets, operating in state of emergency, we at TBI Bank will comply with any further governmental or regulatory guidance.

However, what’s most important currently for all of us, for our societies to persist and hopefully rather sooner than later come back to what we have considered normal, is safety. Our first and the most important goal is to keep everyone safe – you, our customers, our thousands of employees, our families and loved ones.

So please be so kind to use the provided disinfectant products when entering our branches. Keep a safe distance of at least 2 meters between each other while standing in line – or even better, wait outside the branch when there is another customer in the office. You can also use our digital channels to apply for a loan, repay your installment online or using a Cash Terminal or safely deposit your savings online.
