Costin joined us directly our parent company, 4finance, where he managed the International Risk Team and was in charge of portfolio analytics, collections, fraud, risk technology, and impairment. Costin is the type of person that fully embodies the dynamic and ever evolving nature of tbi bank. He started his career back in 2003 and worked for banking and non-banking institutions. In 2007, he moved to the Bucharest office of Bancpost starting as Head of Credit Policy and quickly climbing the ladder to becoming Credit Manager in 2009 and Executive Manager Troubled Assets in 2014. Managing а multibillion portfolio in troubled assets and a team of over 150 professionals, Costin developed as a true leader who doesn’t shy away from taking difficult decisions in complex situations.
