What You’ll do:

As a Quality Assurance Manager, you will be responsible for developing and supporting the QA testing strategy, including managing testing schedules and coordinating testing activities. You will be working closely with the software development team to ensure our product’s performance meets the necessary quality standards.

• Develop, revise and implement QA standards, procedures, and guidelines.

• Plan, conduct, and monitor testing of new features and products tbi is aiming to launch.

• Document internal audits and other quality assurance activities.

• Analyse data to identify areas for improvement in the quality system.

• Test the products and services delivered by internal or external providers.

• Investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues.

• Create, review and maintain technical documentation.

• Assure ongoing compliance with quality and industry regulatory requirements.

What you’ll need to succeed:

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent work experience.
  • Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Specialist or similar role – nice to have but not mandatory
  • Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
  • Experience with performance and/or security testing is a plus.
  • Experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
  • Hands-on experience with both white box and black box testing.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude.
  • Strong organizational skills.
